What is ERC's Equal Housing policy?
The policy of ERC Properties, Inc. is one of equal opportunity and nondiscrimination in compliance with the provisions of Federal, State and local Fair Housing Laws, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age (except eligibility requirements), handicap, familial status or national origin.

Are the facilities at the ERC Training Center available for the public?
The ERC Training Center facilities are available to only staff and employees of ERC Properties, and at this time they are not available for rental to the public.

How do I get the Shockwave Player Plugin?
The Interactive Floor Plan requires the 
plugin in order to run. During the Shockwave installation process, your browser will close.
It is suggested you bookmark the previous page in order to be able to return easily after Shockwave installation.
To Bookmark: Select "Favorites" from your browser menu or right click on the screen. Select "Add to Favorites". Click "OK".
